Key Responsibilities:

As the RFP & Presentations Manager, you will:

  • Provide critical marketing services that support and enhance business development efforts.
  • Lead a small team responsible for producing:
  • High-quality RFPs (Request for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) to attract and retain clients.
  • Engaging presentations and sales materials for pitches, events, and client interactions.
  • Ensure consultant databases are consistently accurate and up-to-date with the latest product and business information.
  • Evaluate and prioritize RFPs by assessing their requirements and advising on their suitability.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on RFPs and presentations, including previous experience in team leadership or supervision.
  • Experience in managing European financial campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize business needs effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to create appropriate content formats.
  • The capability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
