Are you experienced in Rigid Dumper Truck? Are you staying in or around Newtown Abbot?

We are hiring for a skilled Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at Stoneycombe Quarry in Newton Abbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for contract extension.

Role: Rigid Dumper Truck Driver
Location: Aggregate Industries, Stoneycombe Quarry, Newton Abbot, TQ12 5LL
Rate: £25 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months initially, possible extension
Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 16:30

Responsibilities :
  • Performing daily vehicle checks
  • Adhering to safety protocols
  • Ensuring load integrity and security
  • Transporting materials
  • Positioning to receive loads
  • Conducting vehicle inspections
  • Maintaining safe and tidy working areas
  • Managing operational hazards
  • Operating fixed plant machinery
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience with Rigid Dumper Trucks (RDT) 40t or Shovel Loaders
