Reed Finance is collaborating with a boutique investment firm that is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join their team. This position offers full remote work flexibility. They are interested in candidates with approximately 1-2 years of experience in the field. Fresh graduates with strong data analytics skills are also encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations outlined by the FCA for both clients’ portfolios and overall operations.
  2. Assess and monitor investment and non-investment risks.
  3. Conduct stress testing and monitor portfolio liquidity levels.
  4. Manage reported risk incidents and errors.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in data management and analytics.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • A committed team player with a results-driven mindset.
