Eames Consulting is currently partnering with a leading Lloyd's insurer on the appointment of a Conduct Risk Analyst. This role will be based in London and aids the Senior Compliance Officer in driving robust conduct risk outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complaints Management : Oversee all aspects of complaints handling, including investigation, communication, resolution coordination, record-keeping using CareSmart, and maintaining relevant procedures and training materials.
  • Regulatory and Internal Reporting : Support the Compliance Officer - Conduct Risk with regulatory and internal reporting requirements related to complaints and conduct risk, including submissions to Lloyd's and other bodies.
  • Compliance Support : Assist with meeting Lloyd's minimum standards, regulatory assessments, thematic reviews, internal audits, and related compliance-owned activities.
  • Conduct Risk Monitoring : Gather and analyse conduct risk management information (MI), maintain dashboards, and provide analytical insights for reporting purposes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance Planning : Respond to conduct risk queries, collaborate with business units, and contribute to the implementation of objectives from the annual Compliance Plan.
Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in complaints handling from first advice through to conclusion within the London insurance market.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills.
