Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote mental health recovery and stability.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, offering support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Valid and active NMC Registration.
- 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with mental healthexpertise.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
