What do the team do?

Our Front of House Administration team play a vital role in the experience a client receives when visiting a Price Bailey office. Their purpose is to provide a warm and professional welcome, as well as excellent customer service throughout the client's stay.

The post-holder will be part of the Front of House team and will be expected to travel to other offices to cover holiday and illness across the Practice. As well as providing administrative assistance to the Facilities team, this role will also involve organising and helping to run events.

What will I be doing?

As a Front of House / Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within our offices.
  • Undertaking concierge tasks for client meetings (before, during and after).
  • Managing local office facilities.
  • Completing routine health and safety checks and undertaking the necessary reporting.
  • Maintaining our CRM system.
  • Supporting our client facing teams with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with event planning and co-ordination.
  • Working on ad hoc projects as required.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in a front of house role (minimum criteria).
  • Proven administration experience (minimum criteria).
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge, in particular MS packages.
  • Ability to think ahead, plan effectively and prioritise.
  • Confident, articulate and an effective communicator.
  • Well-presented with a professional demeanour.
