Are you a designer of timber structures with expertise in MiTek and AutoCAD, ready to join a leading manufacturing company?

On offer is the opportunity to join an industry-leading company that specialises in the design, manufacture, and supply of roof trusses and posi-joists, using the latest machinery and design software. You will have access to a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and have the chance to manage a team of skilled designers and manufacturers.

In this role you will oversee the design team to ensure a high-quality design service is provided to customers. You will be the design lead and will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans and liaising with customers to produce detailed designs and quotations.

The Role:

• Designing wooden Posi Joists and roof trusses using company software
• Overseeing the design team and reviewing all designs
• Managing the engineering department including sales, production, operations and stock
• Ensuring sales and profit targets are achieved

The Person:

• Experience in roof truss design using MiTek
