Roofing Training Manager

Nationwide Recruitment Service is recruiting an inspirational and motivational Training Manager - for their construction client. The role is paying a VERY competitive salary plus Car plus benefits.

As Training Manager you will support the business by delivering a range of roofing/ construction training qualifications to enable the workforce to demonstrate skills competency. Assessing and training flat roofing.

The post will contribute directly through the delivery of NVQs (Level 2 to Level 7) for managers and installers as well as progress towards delivery in the retrofit suite of qualifications.

Experience:

Ability to demonstrate successfully:

  • Delivery of Training Programmes in Construction and or Roofing (including retrofit)
  • An understanding of external quality assurance (awarding body)
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programmes (on-site assessment)
  • Experience working in construction or the flat roofing industry

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of different learning styles
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Knowledge of relevant building regulations associated with the flat roofing industry and or Construction
  • Knowledge of the British Standard Code of Practice
  • Understanding of any NFRC, CITB developments, and new guidelines
