Room Leader Role

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education

  • Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues

  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding care and education to children in your care

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment

  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
