Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Room Supervisor/Third in Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education and a strong leadership ability. The role is currently available on a temp-perm basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of your assigned room.
• Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

• Assist in the overall management of the nursery as needed.

• Open/close the nursery

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
