Exciting Opportunity: Royalties Assistant for Award-Winning Entertainment Company in Central London

Our client, a renowned and award-winning global Entertainment company, is seeking a Royalties Assistant to join their vibrant team in Central London. Role Overview: This position is ideal for a university graduate looking to develop or gain finance experience within the Entertainment industry. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and strong Excel skills (an Excel test will be part of the interview process).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and processing royalty figures for payment
  • Updating billing agreements and details
  • Identifying and addressing recurring errors to reduce inaccuracies
  • Reconciling and clearing recharges and accounts
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all royalty queries
  • Supporting Senior Managers with reporting and financial accounting entries
  • Preparing and sending royalty statements
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or royalties
  • Strong interest in the Entertainment/Media industry
  • Proficient in Excel
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Previous experience with SAP is desired but not essential
