We are looking for someone to support the delivery of the departmental colleague engagement strategy in order to support engagement, wellbeing, behavioural and cultural changes across Retail Protection Operations, in line with identified business needs from all colleagues listening posts (e.g. Voice, operational Back to Floor sessions, individual teams feedback, etc ...). Ensuring all employee engagement and retention plans are effective to minimise attrition and operational costs. You will come in on a starting salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience.

You will work35 hours a week Monday to Friday. We have a hybrid working model where you can work from home 3 days and the office 2 days a week.

What you'll be doing
  • Support the RP Operations and Transformation leadership team in the designing and delivery of a quarterly plan of engagement initiatives that will evolve throughout the year in order to have a clear vision, approach and help to create a specific and effective engagement plan for RP Operations & Transformation.
  • Be the champion and lead delivery of both the core engagement and soft engagement activities into Retail Protection Operations.
  • Helping to design and support initiatives that will drive relevant and focused activities to address all VOICE (Glint) survey results.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of success, seeking feedback and monitoring the success of all engagement initiatives in line with improving colleague engagement across Retail Protection Operations.
  • Support our colleague network in local areas to ensure they are motivated and able to support the delivery of central initiatives. Also offer advice and guidance for more localised initiatives they may be delivering in their individual areas and encourage the sharing of best practice from a communications perspective.
  • Fully engage with and participate in the broader Retail colleague engagement network to support the design of initiatives which will drive improved levels of engagement and performance, taking into account transformational requirements and maximising colleague retention in Retail Protection customer facing operations.
  • Contribute to Retail Protection Transformation projects and wider Retail Customer Service initiatives as required
