An industry leading firm with an outstanding reputation for its personal injury offering has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Intermediate Track Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its incredibly well renowned claimant RTA Litigation department. 

The RTA department has a stellar reputation in providing its insurer clients with the highest level of service. The firm is known across the country for their high-quality work, achieved within a friendly, vibrant and supportive working environment.

You'll be working out of commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool - and from home more often than not! - within the litigation department acting on your own caseload of litigated intermediate track RTA claims from instruction through to completion (settlement or trial as necessary). You'll have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, be able to deal with liability disputes and consistently deliver the highest level of service for your clients.
