Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Camden, London

Good afternoon,

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join one of our dynamic schools located within Camden. The successful candidates will work closely with teachers to support students in their learning, both in and out of the classroom. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Supervise students during break and lunch times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
