Key role and responsibilities for Welfare Officer
  • Translating all forms of communication (verbal & written) into Russian
  • Supporting HR department with recruiting, selecting & scheduling
  • Registering new recruits and caring out induction training
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Covering reception desk
  • Stepping into quality controller role when required

Minimum requirements for Welfare Officer
  • Ability to speak & write in Russian
  • Microsoft office / excel experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive and flexible approach to tasks given

Pay rate: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
08:30 - 17:30
