Job Title: Financial Software Contractor

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum pro rata

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, 3 month fixed contract

Location: Hybrid West Suffolk / London or remote however you will be required to meet at Suffolk/London/Newcastle

The role can be hybrid/remote however will include some travel to West Suffolk/London for the first week or two.

Purpose of the contract: to manage the implementation of Maxio financial software and its integration with Quick books. Maxio is a platform that manages SaaS contracts, billings and reporting of SaaS metrics.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Implementing a new financial software programme
• Working alongside software consultants agree a strategy to organise and upload the data
• Able to analyse data and produce reports as and when requested to by the CFO
• Preparing data for input and uploading to the new financial system (Maxio)
• Reporting directly to the CFO
• Reconciling outputs to existing records
• Understand and interpret the data and impact on the business
• To provide strategy and direction to inputting data to Maxio from Quickbooks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience of implementing Maxio or a similar financial software
• Experience with SaaS business essential
• Finance qualification or demonstrable background within finance and Saas businesses.
• Finance background
• Uploading, reconciling, and analysis of data
