Salary: £23,500 per annum plus uncapped commission scheme. Realistic first year OTE £26,500

Hours/Working Pattern: Office-based role, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays, Christmas shutdown, pension scheme, full industry training provided, structured career development programme into a Senior Account manager within 18 months

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join their small, friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the company's growth by managing a portfolio of client accounts ensuring their needs are met, driving sales through social media/ website and prospecting through a database of leads.

Duties within the role include:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Account Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting
  • Digital Strategy: Help with the implementation of the companies social media marketing and website SEO
  • Order Coordination: Oversee the order process from initial client contact through to delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Plan your production schedule. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and support.

The successful candidate:

  • Experience in a sales and/or marketing related role would be advantageous
  • An outgoing individual, committed to excellence and customer service
  • Someone with tenacity and openness, a goal oriented personality that can self organise their workload (and have fun doing it!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
