We're looking for a Sales Acquistion Manager to lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end marketplace workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring our processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business and operational goals.
You'll work across functions to identify inefficiencies in seller management, order flow, and vendor support, and collaborate with tech and business teams to automate and optimise core processes. You'll also play a key role in standardising procedures, managing risk, and driving adoption of new ways of working across the marketplace organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process thinking, and working at the intersection of operations, technology, and compliance.
