Location: Home based x3 Days, Office based (Camberley) x2 days
Type: Full-Time

About Us:
We are a leading manufacturing company renowned for innovation and quality. We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Administrator ideally with proficiency in a second language to support our internal and external sales teams.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations. You will assist both internal and external sales teams, manage customer inquiries, and support the sales process from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

    • Assist internal and external sales teams with order processing and customer inquiries.
    • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Customer Communication:

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Coordination:

    • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
    • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to track order status and delivery schedules.
  • Documentation:

    • Prepare and distribute sales reports, invoices, and other documentation.
    • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complies with company standards.
  • Language Support:

    • Communicate with international customers and partners in your second language.
    • Translate sales materials and correspondence as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in second language] is ideal.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the second language.
