Sales Administrator

Leicester (LE19)

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our client's sales team and help them achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the wider sales team.

Description of the role:

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the wider team to resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, and organised, able to manage a busy workload.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both within a team and on your own initiative.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience (Word & Excel)
