As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the sales team, building strong internal relationships to ensure an effective flow of information and timely delivery of quotations to customers. Your exceptional attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate sales records and processing orders with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to customers
Negotiate pricing terms with customers in collaboration with the sales team
Maintain strong internal relationships with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
Enter sales and customer data into the CRM system with impeccable accuracy
Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring on-time delivery
Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any invoicing or payment issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is highly desirable
Excellent numerical and data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience of creating quotations is highly advantageous
A strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000 annually, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits, including pension contribution matching. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cheadle, with no driving requirement.
