Sales Administrator

SF Recruitment are on the look out for a Sales Administrator for our busy client in Ripley.

This is a temporary opportunity to support the team this summer, depending on performance they will review permanent opportunities after the first initial 3 months. They are always growing and appreciate they can appreciate if someone can come in and support them well this summer they will look at extensions or permanent opportunities.

Monday - Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-4
£11.44 per hour
Immediate Start

Key Duties
To ensure Sales Enquiries and Orders are processed efficiently and to the highest standards possible to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Liaising with the sales team and contractors.
Answering calls and directing them to the relevant people.
Respond to general email inquiries promptly and efficiently
Other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management

Experience Needed
Previous experience within a similar role
Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change
You must be professional, proactive and positive, both with customers and colleagues.
You will have an attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexible attitude with a willingness to adapt and embrace new tasks and challenges.
