Location: Bishops Stortford

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 4.15pm

About The Job:

As an Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in our client's Sales Office, assisting with day-to-day administration duties and ensuring excellent customer service. Working closely with the sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in account management and provide support to both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to the sales team
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and technical information
  • Follow up with customers after marketing campaigns
  • Introduce new products to existing customers
