My client are a long established manufacturer of specialist equipment, supplying to customer across the globe. They are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join their busy Sales team.

Your role will involve
Take, receive and process orders through sales system
Manage relationships and develop sales with prospective customers
Be proactive in addressing customer issues and respond to customer calls and emails
To advise on order status', problems and build customer relationships
General Administrative duties
To answer simple technical questions regarding products
Keeping records of activity up to date, compiling reports, and clear for continuity of work in absences
Occasional sales calls to cold clients as and when required and time permits
Occasional stock room duties - packing and dispatching sales orders

Occasional visits to customer/supplier sites and trade exhibitions

Ideally you will have worked in a similar role or have worked in an engineering/manufacturing environment before. Experience of working with CRM systems would also be favourable.
But most importantly it will be your approach to customer service and your 'can do' attitude that will put you apart.
