Company Overview - Sales Administrator

Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running.

As the Sales Administrator, you are responsible for processing orders and overseeing order fulfilment. You’ll be working closely with the Sales team, ensuring that all new orders are tracked through to the point of delivery.

Sales Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the Sales team to get visibility of any upcoming projects
  • Working with the Sales Director to support the customers post sales
  • Building the events for customers ensuring they are communicated with every step of the way
  • Checking stock levels for the upcoming week
  • Picking and packing products ready for shipment
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their orders, making sure they’re well informed
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Updating the schedule to ensure the entire company is kept up to date with what’s happening
  • Keeping track of any event issues and communicate them to customers
  • Speaking to existing customers to arrange the collection of equipment post-event
  • Oversee and maintain the company's LinkedIn profile, ensuring regular updates and engagement with the audience

Sales Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven experience in Administration
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Google Products
  • Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
