Sales Administrator

Job Type:
 Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday
Location: North London
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, hybrid working with 1 day per week at home
Salary: Circa £25k

About the company:

A leading training provider for companies across the UK. Due to increased business, they are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis

Your day to day role will involve:

  • Joining a team of 12, providing support to the Sales and Operations team
  • Acting as a point of contact for Trainers and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Communicate training schedules
  • Scheduling training bookings
  • Answering incoming calls

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience within a similar administrative role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • The nack to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • To be available to start within the next 3 weeks
