£26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills? Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team and provide comprehensive administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic sales team and play an integral role in assisting their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbox and promptly respond to queries raised by clients, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, assisting with all administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and offer administrative assistance.
  • Regularly check all tender portals for potential new business opportunities and promptly alert the Sales team.
  • Produce contracts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Complete required documentation for the implementation of new contracts, including Acceptance Certificates, supplier checklists, and more.
  • Collate data and produce quarterly reports
  • Ensure that agreed KPIs are met by thoroughly analysing the data.
  • Prepare and distribute minutes/actions post-review meetings.
  • Monitor calls and notify the Account Manager/sub-contractor of any issues.
  • Populate and maintain the database/portal daily, ensuring accurate recording of all details and changes.
  • Undertake any other duties within the departmental responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Extensive administration experience including processing orders, producing quotes/contracts and updating systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Possess high-level people skills and the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Work well under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Show initiative and take responsibility.
