Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team? Our client, a leading organisation in the UK, is seeking a UK Sales Administrator to join their team in Newbury. If you have a passion for sales administration, this could be the perfect role for you!

In this role, you will support the sales team with daily administration tasks, ensuring efficient sales order processing and delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases, sales records, and other essential documents. In addition, you will analyse sales data and generate reports to provide valuable insights into territory and brand performance.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with internal systems such as SAP, Excel and CRM would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise between the sales team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales order processing and delivery
  • Prepare reports and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports
  • Communicate with distributors to ensure timely order receipt
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams
  • Provide office-based support for customers
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments
  • Manage stock and demo materials distribution
  • Handle requests for samples and literature
  • Process travel requests
  • Compile UK marketing information

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Hourly Rate: £12.80 - £14.30

Working Pattern: Full Time
