Sales Administrator
Reed are recruiting for a well-established a leading trade company in North Norfolk, recruiting for the position of Sales Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, full time or part time hours available.
You can discuss a working pattern between the hours of Monday to Friday 7am-5:30pm.
The role:
- Handling telephone calls from customers, dealing with queries on a daily basis
- Processing quotations and inputting orders
- Coordinating deliveries including Bulk orders, processing load sheets and collection notes
- Signing in visitors
- Resolving issues and investigating if there are complaints
- Supplier communications
- Stock Co-ordination
- Inputting daily production data to keep stock control systems updated
- Placing orders with the production team
- Support other colleagues with production plans
- Assist with office administration, ordering stationary, assisting the bookkeeper with admin, filing and scanning, maintaining records
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and proactive individual with strong administration skills, excellent customer service and communication, a good team worker who also has the ability to manage their own workload and use initiative. High levels of attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills will be required. If you have Trade industry experience this would be very beneficial, although not essential. You will also need competency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Salary between £24,000-£30,000 dependant on experience
