I am currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to work within the sales and marketing team in a company that are a leader in their field. They are thriving in the current market and will continue to do so.

This is a temporary contract with view to it offering a permanent opportunity and progress within the company.

Location : Crownhill

Pay : £11.44

Hours : 09:00am - 5:30pm ( Mon - Fri )

Contract : Temp ongoing

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with Sales Director and his team
  • Update CRM system
  • Answering incoming calls and emails in professional and friendly manner
  • Processing orders received from large account
  • Liaise with sales and marketing team
  • Tracking using spreadsheets

Skill Requirements:

  • Must have a Good working Knowledge of Microsoft office package especially Excel VLOOKUP's.
  • Must be numerate and have great attention to detail
  • Process driven
  • had previous Sales Administrator experience
  • Must be self-motivated, be able to work on a number of different tasks at one time and to tight deadlines.
