Sales Administrator

Location: Middlesbrough
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: £25,000

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, process web orders, and resolve queries and complaints promptly.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, log enquiries, and assist the Sales Team.
  • Ensure accurate processing and management of orders, including delivery and cancellations.
  • Maintain records, manage price lists, and input data for sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and colleagues, and complete industry training to enhance technical knowledge.

Person Specification:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
