Reed are collaborating with a family-run business specializing in the sale of outdoor structures. Our client are looking for an experienced Sales Administratorwho values understanding customer needs and providing excellent service to help them through their busiest time of the year! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and has a good grasp of meeting customer needs and working with high end products.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries with a professional telephone manner.
  • Understanding customer needs to recommend the best products effectively.
  • Taking payments over the phone and managing transaction details accurately.
  • Using bespoke systems to manage customer data and sales processes.
  • Fast-paced typing to keep up with customer demands and data entry requirements.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent email communication skills, ensuring professionalism in all correspondences.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in warm selling.
  • Good understanding of related products.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding office environment.
  • Experience in handling payments and financial transactions over the phone.
