Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Mash Media Group Ltd, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey
Working Hours: Full-time, office-based (Mon-Thurs full day, Fri until 1pm)
Reports to: Chief Commercial Director

The Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our high-performing commercial team. This is a pivotal support role, working directly with our Chief Commercial Director and top-performing salespeople across both exhibitions and magazine titles. You’ll play a key part in keeping our sales operation running smoothly—processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and producing professional reports for both clients and internal use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Commercial Director and senior sales team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Process exhibition and magazine bookings accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity across the business
  • Produce and format client-facing documents, contracts, and sales reports
  • Create weekly and monthly internal sales reports to track performance and pipeline activity
  • Coordinate with editorial, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and deadlines are met
  • Liaise with clients when necessary to follow up on information, confirm bookings, or provide documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of sales decks, proposals, and campaign summaries

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales admin or commercial support role (ideally in media, events, or publishing)
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM systems—experience with HubSpot or similar is a bonus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, and ready to jump in wherever needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
