Sales Advisor (Signage & Powder Coatings)

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £25k + Commission + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing firm known for bespoke signage and other fabrications.

The Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be engaging with potential clients and introducing the company's products and services.

Duties:

• Conduct cold and warm calls to potential customers
• Manage and develop your own customer base
• Price up jobs and ensure orders are processed accurately
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Utilise computer systems for order processing, including Excel and Sage

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Sales representative or in a similar role.
• Ideally have 1 year experience in Sales and customer service.
• Prior experience in Powder coating is preferable
• Basic maths skills for order processing
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Sage would be advantageous.
