Job Title: Claims Advisor

Location: Stockport

Remuneration: £23,500pa (rising to £25,000pa when you go permanent) PLUS uncapped bonus structure paid monthly

Contract Details: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

• Calling clients who have started their claim application, providing exceptional customer service and encouraging them to complete the process.
• Using outbound call techniques to engage with clients and gather necessary information.
• Assisting clients in completing income and expenditure assessments.
• Ensuring all required documentation is obtained to support the claims process.
• Working closely with the team to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Our client is a leading organisation in the claims industry, dedicated to helping individuals navigate the claims process with ease. They are seeking enthusiastic Claims Advisors to join their team and make a positive impact on the lives of their clients.

As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients who have started their claim applications but have not completed them. You will use your outstanding telephone manner and sales experience to connect with clients, build rapport, and guide them through the process. Your goal will be to ensure that clients receive the support they need to finalise their claims successfully.

To excel in this role, you should have previous outbound call experience and a natural ability to engage with customers over the phone. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your sales experience, will enable you to motivate clients to complete their applications. Additionally, your attention to detail will be paramount as you assist clients in completing income and expenditure assessments and obtaining any missing documents.
