Salary:

£24,610 + Bonus

As a Sales Advisor based in Sunderland (SR2 9UA), you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Serving customers on the trade counter and understanding their specific needs offering product recommendations.

  • Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a proactive, positive attitude to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Completing general warehouse duties such as unpacking deliveries, picking and packing customer orders (which at times may include heavy lifting) and merchandising.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • Merchant experience is beneficial but not required; thorough training will be provided.

  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

  • Confidence interacting with customers and building relationships.

  • Willingness to use initiative and take onboard all available training.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, working hours will vary between 7.30am - 5pm.
