Sheridan ward are currently recruiting for a lovely company based in Uxbridge who are on the lookout for a new Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team!
They are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience, upselling and order processing knowledge as well as a bubbly and upbeat personality!
Do you have strong communication skills? Do you work well within a team environment?
Sales andCustomer Service Advisor duties:
- Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
- Upselling to new and existing customers
- Order processing via phone and email
- Operate Live Chat System
- Account manage any accounts
- Gather and document customer information
