They are looking for someone who has experience making outbound calls, as well as someone who has strong sales and order processing experience!

Sales and Customer Service Executive Duties:

Processing orders which you receive via emails or phone
Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
Upselling to new and existing customers
Dealing with sales enquiries if needed
Operating the live chat system
Answering customer questions and queries on the products
