Sales and Letting Negotiator

I’m delighted to be working with a top high street firm in Worcester, who have been a client of ours for many years and who are currently going through a fantastic period of growth an expansion. As a result, they are keen to add a Sales and Letting Negotiator to their team in Worcester. Ideally, they would like to recruit a Sales and Letting Negotiator with at least 1 years experience.

Based in modern, well-equipped offices, close to local commuter links and with onsite parking, this role would suit an experienced Sales and Letting Negotiator who is able to commute to Worcester.

This is a full time position which includes working Saturdays on a rotational basis.
  • The position requires you to have excellent knowledge of the local area and an interest in the property market with experience in a customer focused environment.  
  • Personable appearance, organisational skills, good communication skills and a high standard of client care are vital.
  • Car owner / driver and the use of a vehicle for traveling to/from properties is essential.  
  • Previous experience as a sales and lettings negotiator or within the property sector is an advantage.
