This position offers a strong basic salary, commission on both listings and sales / lets and a company car.  

Working hours:

• Full Time

The successful Sales and Lettings Manager will be offered:

• £30,000 basic salary
• £50,000 OTE
• Company Car  
• Commission on both instructions and completed sales and lets

Sales and Lettings Manager requirements:

• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Experience working in Manchester city centre 
• Strong listing background
• Property Sales background and preferably Lettings experience.
• Experience working as a Manager
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full driving licence
• The ability to drive the team and branch forward
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines

Sales and Lettings Manager duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Team meetings
• Coaching and Training
• Managing staff
• Ability to generate new business
• Desire to hit office KPI’S
• Maintaining and developing relationships with landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers.
