Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Do you have experience in Residential Sales or Lettings and want to join a market-leading team?
My client is currently looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team in the Bury St. Edmunds area.
Working hours:
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday with time given off in lieu.
The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £24,000 Basic
- Up to £30,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- Business Mileage
- Pension

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Basic IT skills
- At least 12 months experience in Residential Sales or Lettings.
- Able to work independently, as well as, part of a wider team.
- Passion for property
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Personable, outgoing and friendly
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Arranging market appraisals and property viewings
- Obtaining and providing feedback post-viewing
- Negotiating offers
- Updating Clients on marketing of their property
- Verifying buyers ability to proceed before confirming sale
- Ensuring relevant legal compliance
- To work as part of a team and individually
