Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Our client is a smart, local Independent Estate Agent with thriving Sales and Lettings departments.
They have an excellent reputation and three local offices in the North Kent area.
They are seeking an ambitious experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their highly effective team based in Sevenoaks.
Established in 1985, owned by an Employee Ownership Trust, they have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients.
The role is across both disciplines, but with a slightly stronger emphasis on lettings
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with occasional cover on Saturdays, when there would be an appropriate day off in the week.
Role Responsibilities
- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and accompanying viewings for both disciplines
- Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets/sales
- Processing referencing
- Arranging: gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs
- Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors, landlords and tenants
- Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
- Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
Role Requirements
- Ideally 3 years’ recent experience
- Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
- Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
- Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Good IT skills
- Smart and presentable
- Full UK driving license
- Live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks
- Have the right to work in the UK
Package per annum
·Basic Salary £25,000
·Commission estimated at £3,500
·Realistic current OTE £28,500
·EOT scheme - percentage of company profit
·45p mileage allowance
