Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus 1 in 6 Saturdays (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

At The New Homes Group, we are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing property sales through Housebuilders’ Part Exchange and Assisted Move services. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, no two days will be the same!

What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with customers
- An individual with a target-driven approach
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A team player who can also work independently
- Experience in sales or the property industry is a plus, but not essential
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
