A leading fabric manufacturer that supply to the interior design industry is recruiting for a Sales and Operations Assistant to join their small team. The company have acheived great success over recent years and have become widely recognised for their sustainable and recycled textiles for the luxury market.

This role will be based in a small team at the studio and will be responsible for supporting the sales teams with client enquiries and sampling, processing orders, checking stock and reserves, deal with client enquiries (interior design professionals) via phone and email, providing clients with after sales support for their textile / fabric orders. Also the role will involve assisting the sales team at trade fairs and working on social media output when required.

This is an all round role in a busy studio that suits someone who is passionate and excited about fabrics and textiles. You will need to be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook, have a good level of numeracy and an eye for detail.

Hours Monday to Friday only. 9am - 5.30pm.
