Our clients businessprovides monitoring solutions for commercial premises. Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Sales and Support Administrator to join their team.

The ideal person will have experience of order processing, and seeing orders through to delivery, plus exceptional customer service both by phone and email.

It would be an advantage if you have experience of shipping and the export process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, process and confirm sales and service quotations and orders for customers.
  • Respond to emails and answer telephone calls in regards to stock availability, pricing, complaints, customs numbers, weights, dimensions, sending duplicate invoices.
  • Run invoices for both UK & Export shipments and provide export shipping documentation to Warehouse to allow despatch.
  • Update and accurately maintain the internal CRM system
  • Ensure customers are provided accurate and timely information and are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner ensuring professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure service levels are adhered to.
  • Recommend amendments or improvements to any current administration system to the Customer Excellence Supervisor to facilitate increased efficiency in the processing of enquiries.
  • Ensure that all activities are undertaken and controlled in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
