Responsibilities:

• Sales Assistant & Stylist, deliver outstanding client journeys, foster connections, and promote client retention.
• Be aware of sales strategies, digital tools, and clientelling techniques.
• Be accountable for delivering CRM, retention and conversion goals.
• Embody brand values and be part of a collaborative team.

Qualities:

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Results-driven Sales Assistant and Stylist with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in leveraging digital tools for client engagement.
• 2+ year minimum of retail experience, preferably within luxury goods/womenswear.

Offering:

• Basic Salary up to $29 per hour/ $60,000K per annum
• Monthly team commission and additional annual bonus
• Additional company benefits such as Health & Dental, 401K
