• Proven experience in luxury retail, with a strong track record in client engagement and sales.
• Excellent clienteling skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
• Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and heritage.
• Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).
