Sales Assistant - Plumbing and Heating

We are actively recruiting for a Sales Assistant to work on the trades counter for our client who are a plumbing and heating merchant based in Cambridge. They are looking for someone with an understanding of the plumbing and heating sector.

This position is a permanent position working Monday to Friday as well as 4 hours every other Saturday, but you will be given TOIL for these hours. They would be looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Typical duties would include:

• Supporting customers with any questions regarding the product range.
• Ensuring overall cleanliness of the store to meet company standards.
• Moving stock from the stores into the showrooms.
• Booking out any tickets and ensuring orders are ready for collection.

The successful candidate:

• Understanding of plumbing and heating.
• Sales experience (desirable)
• Good customer service skills
• Clear communication and organised
