Title: Sales Assistant
Location: SK11
Salary: Up to £27k (DOE)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing expert advice on our garden machinery products.
• Manage job cards, order parts, and arrange collection and delivery of repairs and servicing.
• Handle orders, process payments, and coordinate customer deliveries.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is tidy and presentable.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and promote the business.
• You will be required to work 2 - 3 Saturdays per month with a day off during the week.

• Previous experience in a retail sales role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
• A full, clean driving licence.
