We are keen to hear from anyone who excels at providing support to a busy office team, in a role that will give you variety and pace, day to day. Never a dull moment, your work will be proactive and will assist in developing the business, directly contribute to its ongoing success.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phones and emails promptly and re-directing queries as and when required
  • Assisting the sales team with issuing quotes, converting those to orders and processing accordingly, and updating the CRM system.
  • Assisting the Business Development Managers with actively calling new and existing customers, chasing quotes and booking appointment
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure all orders are booked in and process is complete
  • Liaising with accounts to assist with any supplier invoice queries and assisting with uploading supplier invoices as required
  • Liaise with suppliers to complete delivery schedules
  • Chase for proof of delivery documents
  • Raise customer invoices
